Res Ipsa's Cactus Silk Mules are made from high-quality hand-woven Cactus Silk, trimmed with brown leather, features leather lining, and a stacked leather heel.

Cactus silk, also known as vegetable silk or Sabra silk, is a fabric woven from fibers of a plant from the agave family. It is a plant-derived silk harvested from Saharan aloe vera cacti in northern Morocco. The plants are most commonly found in the Saharan dessert.

Each pair is handmade at our Marrakech atelier. Our mules feature a firm leather sole, a leather footbed, and a comfortable suede upper lining.

Our mules embrace versatility and simplicity. They are giving casual and sophisticated. Each pair is lightweight and you can get out the door in them in seconds. Just as well, you can dress them up for dinner or an evening out.
